How to book

If you would like to make a booking one of the Suites at Orton Hall for your holiday we would be delighted to welcome you. There are just a few simple steps to get you on your way to your relaxing or action-packed holiday.

Complete the contact form with your name, email address, phone number, dates, choice of Suite and any other information we may need to know then send it to us by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the form.

Step 2

We will be in contact to confirm availability, total price plus details of when and how to pay.

Step 3

Pay your deposit then relax until it’s time to pack. Full arrival details will be emailed to you on payment of the balance for your stay.

And that’s it!

Orton Hall viewsTerms & Conditions

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights for bookings over Bank Holidays and 4 nights over the Christmas & New Year period.

Bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 3 days pending payment of a deposit.  A deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks prior to your holiday.  Bookings are only secured once a deposit has been paid.  If your arrival is in less than 4 weeks time full payment will be required.


If your plans change and you are unable to stay with us, we will refund your money if cancelled up to 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival date we can only refund your money if we are able to re-let your room.  In both cases we reserve the right to deduct a £10 cancellation charge.  Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen cancellations.
